General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the sale of products concluded on the site machine-bouillette.fr (hereinafter the “Site”), published by Enzo Ghanemi-Tournier, residing at 3 rue des 3 Dugois, 90300 Valdoie, France, registered as a micro-entrepreneur.

By placing an order on the Site, the Customer fully and unreservedly accepts these GTC.

1. Products

The products offered for sale (bait machines, accessories, rollers, etc.) are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractual. Product offers are valid within the limits of available stock.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros including VAT (all taxes included). The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

3. Order

Any order placed on the Site implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. The customer receives a confirmation email summarising their order. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (e.g.: abnormal order, bad faith, previous dispute).

4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or through secure service providers (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). The debit is immediate. Transactions are secure and banking data is never retained by the seller.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering.

  • Delivery Times: Delivery is carried out within an indicative timeframe of 3 to 5 working days from the dispatch of the order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery Charges:
    • In-Store Pickup: Free
    • Home Delivery: 6,90 euros
  • Delay and Responsibility: The Seller makes every effort to respect the indicated delivery times. However, they cannot be held liable for the consequences of a delay in transit that is not their fault (e.g., strikes, bad weather, force majeure).
  • Uncollected Packages: In the event of the package being returned to the Seller due to non-collection by the Customer (collection point or post office) within the stipulated time, the order will be refunded, less the actual delivery charges incurred.

6. Right of Withdrawal, Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. In addition to this legal right, machine-bouillette.fr grants its Customers a commercial extension, bringing the total period to 30 days.

6.1. Return period: 30 days

You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return and a refund. After this period, no returns or refunds can be accepted, except for specific legal or commercial guarantees.

6.2. Return acceptance conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Product complete, in its original state (machine, rollers, accessories, cables, screws, instruction manual…).
  • Product clean, without signs of excessive use, shock, or modification.
  • Original packaging recommended (if not available, use a sturdy box and appropriate protection).
  • Order number or proof of purchase is mandatory.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, very dirty, incomplete, or evidently misused.

6.3. Products excluded from return

Not eligible for return/refund:

  • Products significantly damaged due to a fall, shock, non-compliant disassembly or modification.
  • Products damaged by a inappropriate paste (paste that is too dry/too hard putting abnormal pressure on the mechanics).
  • Products that have undergone a high-temperature cleaning (boiling water, dishwasher) resulting in deformation of the parts.

These cases fall under misuse and cannot benefit from our returns policy.

6.4. Return request procedure

  1. Contact us before returning any packages, via the contact form on the site or by email, providing: your name, your order number, the product reference, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm by email the handling of your request and the return address.
  3. You then return the product carefully packaged, preferably in the original box, using a tracked shipping method.

Without prior agreement from us, a returned package may be refused.

6.5. Return costs

  • In case of change of mind or ordering error on your part, the return costs are your responsibility.
  • In case of defective product upon receipt or preparation error on our part (model, size, incorrect product received), we will cover the return costs or provide you with a prepaid label, after verification.

6.6. Refund

Once the product is received and checked:

  • If the return is accepted, we will process the refund within 7 to 14 working days at most.
  • The refund will be made via the same payment method as that used for the order (unless expressly agreed otherwise).
  • In the case of a promotional offer or discount, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid.

If the product shows damage not in accordance with the above conditions, we may refuse the refund or offer a partial refund (on a case-by-case basis, after discussion with you).

6.7. Defective or damaged product received

If you receive an item that is clearly damaged during transport or showing a manufacturing defect upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days following delivery, with detailed photos of the package and product. We will find the most suitable solution with you: replacement of the part, exchange of the product, or refund.

7. Warranty

All our products come with a commercial warranty of 2 years. In accordance with legal provisions, they also benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

8. Liability

The Client agrees to read the user manual and to strictly follow the safety instructions before operating the machine.

The seller makes every effort to design safe products whose mechanical transmission elements (motor, gears) are concealed and inaccessible. However, the seller cannot be held responsible for bodily, material, indirect or intangible damages resulting from:

  • The voluntary or accidental insertion of tools, objects, clothing, or body parts (fingers, hands) into the moving rolling area (roller and counter-form).
  • Abnormal, negligent use, or use not in accordance with the instructions in the user manual.
  • Dismantling, modifying, bypassing or destroying the chassis and original internal protections of the machine.

9. Personal data

The personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (texts, visuals, images, logo, domain name) are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

12. User manual and safety instructions

As part of our commitment to environmental respect and waste reduction, the complete user manual and mandatory safety instructions are provided in digital format (PDF).

This document is automatically sent by email upon order confirmation and is accessible at any time by scanning the QR Code affixed to the machine or its packaging.

In accordance with current regulations, a paper version of this notice can be sent free of charge to the Customer by post upon simple request made at the time of the order or by contacting our customer service.
